Stoners, rejoice! Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana was formally decriminalized in Washington, D.C. on Friday. Getting busted with a few grams of weed will now run D.C. residents $25, less than the cost of a litter citation.

Sounds as if people are having trouble understanding that decriminalization does not mean legal.
I don't see why they don't just legalize and decriminalize it everywhere, tax it, and let everyone get the munchies. Stock in cheetos would sky rocket over night.

That's why I just don't get into all this political stuff at the moment it's such a hot topic and waiting for people to trip up in the net of deception and confusion. I'll just wait till it fizzles down. It can't last forever and even if it does people will just do what they always have done.
